I am replacing a gas cooktop with an electric induction cooktop. I already have an electrician organised to install the new cooktop. I am seeking a plumber (licence number to be included) to remove the gas cooktop and cap it. The new cooktop is 90cm wide replacing a 60cm unit - if you have the skill to cut the extra width for the hole (benchtop is wood - mdf i think), please include this in your quote.

After some assistance to have a gas oven disconnected before the electric oven is put in. Oven is free standing gas - if you can take it as well, that’s great. Not essential though!

Under the kitchen sink, I need the dishwasher to be connected to cold water - currently there only a connection to hot water supply.

Need help with the following: -Mounting 1 wireless security camera (Swann Xtreem4K Wireless Security Camera), to be mounted on the spot outside the front door, refer to the left 'X' mark in the 1st photo for the approx position. Making sure the angle when securing is the right angle for viewing the camera feed (I will help by using the app) - Mounting 1 solar panel that is attached to the camera by cable (Solar Panel for Swann Wire-free Cameras) to be mounted further apart from the camera, refer to the right 'X' mark in the 1st photo -Taping the extra cable to the wall if needed Note the setup of the camera is in an app and is already Done, the solar panel also works, see 2nd photo for the camera and solar panel. You will need to bring your own tools (drill, drill bit suitable for masonry ideally). Required screws/ wall plugs come with the camera and solar panel. Ladder in the picture can be provided, and I can also provide help when needing to secure things in place, checking the angle of the camera etc.

Mount 2 Tapo solar security cameras on front & side of the house. Single storey house. No wiring needed - battery and solar powered Installation instructions will be provided but your experience on best position etc will be helpful. 2 - hang large heavy framed photograph on interior wall. 3 - nbn / tv antenna cord moved from back to front rooms of house (they're threaded through the interior floorboards - they were in the front room originally so it's just pulling them back through the existing hole)

We require a smaller 5.5kg clothes dryer to be mounted in our laundry wall above the sink as pictured. We have the brackets supplied by Westinghouse, and unfortunately cannot do this ourselves as the wall studs do not align with the bracket dimensions. We require a timber batten to be fixed to the wall studs so the brackets can be fixed safely, then the dryer. I will be available to help install if needed.

Fisher & Paykel Fridge (model E402B) is making a loud rattling/humming noise when the fan is active. Ice has been cleaned out but sound returned after a while. Second ice clean out had no improvement. I think either the fan needs to be replaced or something is wrong with the defrosting cycle.

Electrolux EDV605HQWA runs but without any heat, so not drying. Wall mounted.

The washer & dryer combo currently has an abnormal drainage function and cannot drain properly. I have just contacted you on Facebook Marketplace. $120, Extra $30 for replacement part.

My washing machine drainage pipe needs to be hooked up to pipe inlet and hot water pipe installed (I may need to purchase this before you come to do the task). I will need a hole drilled in the cabinet next to the washing machine (as pictured) to allow for these additional pipes. I am also purchasing a vented dryer which comes with an installation kit so that it can be mounted to the wall (where pictured) and would appreciate help with this.

Install a cable unit/machine

One button on my wired remote for an electric treatment bed has stopped working. The remote is connected by cable and has a basic circuit board with tactile (clicky) switches. The faulty button is a 6mm x 6mm tactile push button switch, which no longer clicks like the others. I’ve already opened the remote and confirmed the circuit board is accessible. I need someone who can: Desolder the faulty switch (4-pin through-hole) Replace it with a new one Test that the function works after replacement You will need to bring a suitable 6mm tactile switch with you. The remote is still wired to the bed, so I’m looking for a mobile repair person who can come to my home in Pentridge Village, Coburg (VIC). This should be a quick job for someone with basic soldering skills.
