I think the latch is quite old and doesn’t “click” shut so may need to update the door hardware There is also 1 drawer in the kitchen that regularly jams and I think needs a mount changed You may need to come look at the jobs and then get gear from a hardware store to fix both things

In addition, the fly screen door closer pump has been ripped out of the door frame, including the screws. The door frame may require repair or reinforcement so the door closer pump can be securely reinstalled. Once repairs are complete, the closer pump needs to be refitted correctly. Any areas affected by the repair will need to be patched and repainted where necessary. Paint can be provided. All other materials required (screws, fixings, bog, patch filler, etc) must be supplied

The door handle is not controlling the latch anymore. You can turn the handle, but it doesn't move the latch.
