I’m looking for someone to remove and dispose of an existing roller door from my property in Northcote, Victoria. Details: • Single roller door (approx. 2.5m high × 2.7m wide) • Currently installed at the rear of the property (easy access via laneway) • I’d like the door, track and fittings removed • Disposal required, unless you prefer to keep/sell the door yourself

Replacing screen door. Holes already drilled etc. Assembly is too fiddly and annoying for me.

The cupboard door has come off the hinge as the screws holes are worn out and too big for the screws. I have all the hinges and doors… and 5/6 screws… just need the door reattached using the existing holes.

I am trying to install a smart lock for my front door. The mounting screw has threaded and it needs to be removed to align the spindle so that it latches correctly. The wall side mounting plate needs to be moved lower to align with a cut out required on the metal door frame.

My ground-floor apartment has a wind-out window in the kitchen, which due to historic subsidence of the building can't be closed/wound properly shut. The issue just seems to be on the left hand corner, so only the edges on that side need to be sanded. Once sanded, I'd like a lick of paint added (it doesn't need to look good, as it won't be seen) to seal the wood from the rain. Please note that being a wind-out window, the frame can only extend so far. There is also a metallic fly screen in the window, which will inhibit access from the inside (the window is at ground level).

Install internal door and hardware.. Door is 820mm wide and needs to be trimmed down to about 805mm

Hang a solid core door. We don’t need you to do the door handle. Just needs to be a snug as possible fit. This is a second internal door for soundproofing purposes. External door used was a Hume external door from Bunnings. We will buy another one and supply for you plus 3 hinges. We don’t need you to install a traditional door handle, just hang the door and get a snug a fit as possible.

Hi I have three small repair jobs in the flat I am renting. There is a small hole (2x1cm) in the bedroom wall, a plastic blind has snapped and thirdly I have a mark on a door accessing the laundry. Please see photos attached.
