Sliding door pin won’t slot in due to damage on base. Door also needs to be checked for water damage on bottom section, plus sealant on right hand side of door which is worn away.

Front door won’t close

We need a new doorstop installed between tiles on a bathroom floor (we have the door stop). It involves temoving a rusted screw already there. Also need help repairing a pneumatic screen door closer so the door doesnt slam. Also a potential paint patching job but dont quote on this as we may not proceed with it.

We have a five part bifold door. The end door has dropped visibly and is very hard to open and close. It's scraping on the bottom of the frame. I'd like someone to adjust this door so it open and closes properly. I'm looking for someone who either specialises in bifold doors of has had some experience adjusting them.

I recently brought my cat to live with me in a rental share house. He needs to be able to come and go from my room at night, but I don't want to sleep with my bedroom door open. I have purchased a second-hand door, and a cat flap. The new door is exactly same size as my current bedroom door (standard 820 x 2040 x 35mm, hollow in the middle). The handles are at the same height. I'd like to have a cat flap installed into the new door, have my current bedroom door removed for safe storage, and have the new door installed into the frame.

The garage door isn't locking. The locking mechanism stops short of the cutout thats supposed to engage the lock. When extended it scrapes against the vertical rail. Would like some sort of service call to make any necessary adjustments so that its working properly. To also test the motor with the remote.

I have 2 odd jobs at home - 1 is that my kitchen door frame appears to have swollen and now the door jams/doesn’t close properly. I think the latch is quite old and doesn’t “click” shut so may need to update the door hardware There is also 1 drawer in the kitchen that regularly jams and I think needs a mount changed You may need to come look at the jobs and then get gear from a hardware store to fix both things
