I need you to patch/fill the current mess if needed and re-mount the rack securely. Note: Because the holes are blown out, you will likely need heavy-duty toggle bolts (Snaptoggles) to use the same spot, or we may need to patch it and move the rack slightly. Wall Type: Standard plasterboard/drywall. Please make an offer including any materials (screws/wall anchors/filler) needed.

I have 2x large bifold doors for interior laundry. They are too heavy and have sagged. I need these readjusted/levelled. I also have 2x roller hinges to hold them from the top which needs a track cut and installed, and the rollers put on the doors. Probably needs a router. I have a door that has begun not closing properly as it is jamming on the floor tiles. Door requires adjusting / rehanging to close properly.

Bedroom door has been stripped from its hinges, just needs to be put back.

My ground-floor apartment has a wind-out window in the kitchen, which due to historic subsidence of the building can't be closed/wound properly shut. The issue just seems to be on the left hand corner, so only the edges on that side need to be sanded. Once sanded, I'd like a lick of paint added (it doesn't need to look good, as it won't be seen) to seal the wood from the rain. Please note that being a wind-out window, the frame can only extend so far. There is also a metallic fly screen in the window, which will inhibit access from the inside (the window is at ground level).
