In addition, the fly screen door closer pump has been ripped out of the door frame, including the screws. The door frame may require repair or reinforcement so the door closer pump can be securely reinstalled. Once repairs are complete, the closer pump needs to be refitted correctly. Any areas affected by the repair will need to be patched and repainted where necessary. Paint can be provided. All other materials required (screws, fixings, bog, patch filler, etc) must be supplied

Three small door adjustments. • Bedroom door binding at the top, and cannot close properly • Bathroom door dragging on the floor midpoint • Downstairs door has a light gap and needs a door sweep installed I have already bought a metal and rubber door sweep to keep out flies and drafts. It needs to be cut to size and screwed to the door. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan runs, but makes a loud vibrating noise like the motor is touching the wall or housing. The fan works, so it probably just needs adjustment or reseating. I cannot reach it, so it will need a ladder. Availability: Tuesday to Thursday this week. Flexible on the weekend or next week if easier.

The door handle is not controlling the latch anymore. You can turn the handle, but it doesn't move the latch.

I have an outside frosted glass balcony wall that moves when it gets windy. It has a steeI frame. I need to secure the wall so that it does not move around on windy days. I think the solution is a bracket between the glass wall frame and the main wall, which feels like an aluminium panel

Hi there, we're looking for someone to fix our bathroom door, which is becoming stuck when closed. According to a friend, the top of the door (corner furthest from the hinge) needs a few mm shaved off with a wood rasp or similar, but you might find it's something else.

Our front door latch does not lock properly - it is slightly out of alignment with the lock / hinge. I’d like someone to adjust it to shut securely

I need a small pet door installed for a small breed dog (Chihuahua Cross Mini Foxy). The door will need to go through an internal wall that leads outside, near a glass door (see attached photos for reference).
