An outdoor door had rotted so I have a replacement to the right size that has been painted. There are sections of the door frame on one side as well as the top and bottom that need replacing. The new door also needs to be hung. It does not need matching architraves necessarily. It needs to be weatherproof and all rotted wood replaced please.

My ground-floor apartment has a wind-out window in the kitchen, which due to historic subsidence of the building can't be closed/wound properly shut. The issue just seems to be on the left hand corner, so only the edges on that side need to be sanded. Once sanded, I'd like a lick of paint added (it doesn't need to look good, as it won't be seen) to seal the wood from the rain. Please note that being a wind-out window, the frame can only extend so far. There is also a metallic fly screen in the window, which will inhibit access from the inside (the window is at ground level).
