I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house.
