Side timber where the lock needs replacing

Hi I need some graffiti removed from a shopfront window. I already tried it with paint thinner but it doesn’t appear to have fully worked. There is also some graffiti on a sign next door but that’s easy to remove as it has anti graffiti on it

Our washer and dryer are a couple of millimeters off fitting. Need to remove the sliding door to install them. Also the washing machine’s inlet hose is too short so it needs a new one at 3m to be safe. You’ll need to supply this please & take any rubbish with you. We need it done Sunday 16th August around 10am as we have to be out of the house by noon.

The dog door work would include: • Cutting and installing the La Luna Aluminium Pet Door. • Ensuring the position and height are suitable for my dog. • Sealing all exposed timber after cutting. • Filling/sanding any gaps if required. • Priming and painting the cut area on both the inside and outside of the door to match the existing door colour and finish. While looking at the door, I’d also appreciate your help with a few other issues: • The door lock is not aligned properly, so it doesn’t lock unless positioned carefully. • The door is slightly jammed and difficult to open and close smoothly. • There is a cracked clear single glass panel in the door that I’d like replaced (if this is something you can do). I need a reliable handyman or locksmith to replace 4 existing internal door handles with new ones. Details: The Hardware: I have already purchased and supplied the new hardware (Lockwood 31-55mm Satin Chrome Entrance Levers). They are brand new and on-site ready to go. The Scope: The doors already have standard handle cutouts which should closely align with the new Lockwood levers. However, I need you to check the fitment first. If they don't line up perfectly, you will need to slightly widen or adjust the existing timber holes/latches so the new hardware sits flush and operates smoothly. Tools needed: Please bring your standard tools, along with a chisel, files, or a drill/hole saw kit just in case minor timber adjustments or latch recess tweaks are required. Timing: Looking to get this done ASAP.

Standard wooden door needs medium sized dog door installed. I have not purchased dog door yet - was not sure you do this type of work. Would also like to get a quote for removal of our external pergola roof (and then reinstallation with new roof) after some work by a plumber. Happy to chat. Roller window’s roller needs to be realign to make taking out the window with ease. I took the fly screen hoping it will make it easier but now I cannot even put back the fly screen Need someone with screw driver and knowledgeable with roller windows. Has to be careful not to create any more scratches or marling on the walls. Today if possible

The door has come out of its alignment. Not sure how this happened or how it can be fixed. Needs to be fixed perfectly
