Capral Artisan bi-fold doors. One drop bolt is broken and needs replacing. Doors need a check for tune up / adjustment in general. Rubber seals on each door panel need replacing. Six panels to one side. Two panels to other. The two panel needs the drop bolt.

The bottom rail and seal on our upstairs glass shower door has dropped and separated from the door. This needs to refixed /repaired. The door currently is unable to close.

The kitchen cupboard door hinge requires repair (the door cannot be closed), and the shower door hinge requires repair (the door can be closed, but in hot weather, it drops and cannot be closed, getting stuck).

Interior door was removed briefly to move furniture and put back on, but now it won’t close properly. Door seems slightly misaligned and the latch/strike plate screws are stripped and just spin without tightening. Likely needs door realignment, fixing stripped screw holes (wood filler / dowel / longer screws), and adjusting latch/strike plate so the door closes and locks correctly. I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house. I either need to them repaired, or if this is too difficult or expensive, then I would like to have them both removed. This needs to be done by a professional and not a general handyman. Please provide details of your past experience in repairing manual roller blinds. I have set a notional budget of $750 but this is not a fixed priced job as it needs to be diagnosed first.
