The bottom concealed hinge has pulled completely out of the inside cabinet wall, leaving the door hanging. The exterior of the doors is undamaged. Goal: Re-secure the hinge so the door functions perfectly again and can support its own weight. Task 2: Disconnected Door Closer The Issue: The overhead door closer (Novas brand) has come apart. The connecting nut/pin that holds the two sections of the metal arm together seems to have fallen out or come loose, so the arm is no longer articulating. Goal: Reconnect and secure the arm (supplying a replacement nut/pin if necessary) so the door automatically closes properly again. Task 3: Robot Vacuum Cabinet Modification The Issue: I want to use one of my living room cabinets as a "garage" for my robot vacuum. Currently, the cabinet has a base/kickboard, and the doors extend all the way down. Goal: I need the space opened up so the robot can drive in and out freely while the doors remain closed above it. This will likely involve removing the base/kickboard and modifying or trimming the bottom of the existing cabinet doors. I am looking for a neat, clean finish so it doesn't look messy. Requirements: Please bring all necessary tools for the job. Clean up any dust or debris, especially after the cabinet modification. Our sliding door needs a slider attached on the bottom, the door itself might need to be replaced, can assess that when you’re here. I think the top roller might be damaged, but might just need to be put back on the slider and have a bottom one added. With the bin, same story pretty much it’s come off the slider. It’s leaning out instead of sliding out, and the whole thing can fall out. It’s been repaired before, but a cleaner has broken it.
