Superficial scratches on a door, needing sanding and repainting

Kitchen and bathroom have 2 vanity doors, just normal hinges easy removal but I have a bad back and need some help. I believe only Phillips head screw driver needed (I can provide)

It seems to be due to the colder/wet winter weather and the lock/latch alignment. The door is catching and won’t close or lock cleanly. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner/builder to remove an existing sliding bathroom door and convert the opening to a hinged door with maximum soundproofing/privacy. Scope of work: * Remove existing frosted sliding door and associated hardware/tracks. * Assess and modify opening/frame as required. * Supply and install a solid-core hinged door (hinges on the left side when viewed from the walk-in robe). * Install a full-height mirror on the robe-facing side so the door appears to be a floor-to-ceiling mirror when closed. * Fit acoustic door seals around the perimeter. * Install an automatic drop seal or equivalent to minimise sound transfer. * Ensure door closes securely and aligns neatly with existing finishes. Goal: The current sliding door provides very little privacy and allows bathroom noise to travel into the bedroom. I want the new solution to maximise noise reduction while maintaining a modern, premium appearance.

The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. Hi, we need three things done please: 1 - a kitchen cupboard door has become misaligned on its hinges, and now closes too closely to another door. The cupboard door requires adjustment (see pictures) 2 - we have a number of window winders that are broken and either need repair or replacement (see pictures) 3 - front door does not latch correctly, and needs to be slammed to lock properly. Handyman needed to install a blind cord safety latch + 3 window handles onto an aluminium window frame at apartment in Travancore (Melbourne). Latch and window handles provided- I just need someone with the right tools (drill and screws for aluminium window frame)and some experience.

Clumsily hit the last panel on my garage door. Still opens and closes. No labeling on the door so not sure if this means a whole new roller or it can be fixed. Still opens and closes 2440 long 2880 wide Not sure what price to put in depending on wether its fixable or a new door is needed
