I have 2x large bifold doors for interior laundry. They are too heavy and have sagged. I need these readjusted/levelled. I also have 2x roller hinges to hold them from the top which needs a track cut and installed, and the rollers put on the doors. Probably needs a router. Doors are approx. 2340x640; full rail length is 2600. Can't do this afternoon (Wednesday 12th).

Indoor door came off track on indoor bedroom to living room setup. One carriage is jammed inside the sliding door cavity and other come off rail.

Hinge keeps coming out. I’ve tried multiple times to drill the crews back in, trying to fill the holes as well, but not catching completely. Note cracks along the frame. Looking for a better solution.

Door not staying shut unless shut very hard, latch on door handle and striker plate not lining up - but possibly only a minor adjustment required I assume.

A door handle needs fixing, the latch mechanism is not working. There is also a broken cupboard hinge that needs replacing.

I have a security screen door which is jamming. I think because the building has shifted slightly. I need someone to adjust or rehang it.

We are looking for someone to install some window hardware, including 8 sash lifts and 4 window locks. We have purchased the hardware already and installed to two windows, however we keep breaking screws, stripping screw heads and drilling into soft spots in the timber windows (the windows aren’t rotting, the soft spots are just where previous hardware was installed and someone has filled the screw holes with putty).
