Hey, I need a sliding door fixed in an apartment. It is probably not aligned properly as it needs a little harded pull to open.

Door frame has partially come away (approximately from the bottom up to the middle of the frame). In addition, the fly screen door closer pump has been ripped out of the door frame, including the screws. The door frame may require repair or reinforcement so the door closer pump can be securely reinstalled. Once repairs are complete, the closer pump needs to be refitted correctly. Any areas affected by the repair will need to be patched and repainted where necessary. Paint can be provided. All other materials required (screws, fixings, bog, patch filler, etc) must be supplied

Front double front door in older house has moved/racked. Left door leaf sits higher than right, causing lock barrels and latch to not line up. Door has been planed previously but issue has returned. Looking for someone experienced with door alignment to: • Adjust/bend hinges as required • Re-align door leaves so locks line up • Adjust strike plate if needed • Ensure door closes and locks smoothly Decorative fixed-pin hinges. House movement suspected. Not looking for a bodge — want proper hinge/geometry fix. Tools required for hinge adjustment. Photos available.

I need this door to be taken off. Delivery of a washing machine will take place Tuesday 27.1.25. The door will then need to be replaced Tuesday afternoon. The door is 235cm H 63cm W .
