two drawers needs fixing - bolts came undone, door came off hinge, tap washer needs replacing, toilet seat tightened.

Find and install replacement door handle on the flywire screen door so it closes. The current door handle is very old and broken. Also want to get the fly wire screen fixed/reinstalled as it’s come away from the frame.

Looking for a handyman to complete two small jobs before I move out. Job 1: Wall holes (lounge room) Approx 17 small holes in the wall from a TV wall mount (i tried to to install it myself lol) . Some have been previously filled with Selleys but look uneven/rough. I need these holes filled and the wall looking back to normal. Painted white wooden door on two hinges. Bottom hinge broke and chipped off some of the door. Need to patch up the door, reattach door back on the hinge with suitable screws, and any paint touch ups needed at the end.

The garage door isn't locking. The locking mechanism stops short of the cutout thats supposed to engage the lock. When extended it scrapes against the vertical rail. Would like some sort of service call to make any necessary adjustments so that its working properly. To also test the motor with the remote.

Wooden double door needs to be fixed to ensure it’s firmly closed. Door opens slightly with wind gusts and lets air in. Door has top and bottom bolts but they are not working properly and either need to be fixed or replaced. I’m flexible with times

Need a registered builder or skilled maintenance professional with experience in caulking/sealing, and leak resolution. Job requires a ladder. Job: caulking and sealing around x1 garage window and in surrounding brick above to address a water leak. Require flexibility for an additional leak inspection in garage ceiling where staining is occurring, and another small sealing job on the outside corner of the shower.
