1) the shower door in my tenanted property no longer closes so I’d like to replace the shower door and side panel with a new one - I already bought a like for like replacement I just need it installed / labour only 2) the flush mechanism for the toilet has also become temperamental and needs looking at. Hopefully this will just be tightening / adjusting the flush mechanism

Repair to rotten wooden window frames (bedroom sash, living room sashes, windowsills) and base of rear door. Repaint all.

There is a small patch of laquer that has peeled from my car and would like this refinished professionally. It is a Toyota Estima. The front bumper clips have also broken and if possible would like these repaired also as the bumper is sitting slightly high from the wing.

Part of Architrave has come off, there is small holding nails at the back which would need removing, then wood glue then fillering or caulking, there is no damage to the actual architrave
