You’ll need to clear up afterwards as there are pets and young children in the property. Note I am on the third floor so you’ll need to bring your tools up and down the stairs. I’m inside ULEZ but there’s no congestion charge and parking is free with no restrictions on the road. I’ve budgeted for approximately two - three hours but let me know if you can complete it faster.

I have two brackets screwed into a part of my sofa that are in the wrong place by a standard hand drill isn't strong enough to get them out.
