It closes half way but gets stuck and if you force close, it is impossible to open it. 2. The sliding garden windows. The right wing doesn't move freely and gets stuck after a few centimeters. The left wing moves freely but requires some careful adjustment when locking.

Door handle has failed on a fire door internal, need to fix. Handle mechanism failed. The actual lock is fine. The handle grip on the locking bar failed, we couldn’t open without dismantling. Door sustained a small amount of damage as we had to basically rip it off - otherwise you needed access to both sides (which when locked out you don’t have. Need someone to attend and replace if needed

I need all 9 door frames to be sanded down with no heavy paint so it’s all nice and smooth for new paint work. Some chipped wood panels may need replacing. In addition, all window pane sanded and filled in 5 rooms.

The garage door has become stuck and will not open. The door has a key lock with a handle and in trying to unlock it the key broke off inside the lock. So we need to unlock the door and ensure the door closes again and does not get stuck again.

The door has a misalignment problem between the lock latch and the door frame (specifically the strike plate). I guess it is door alignment issue, not a lock failure.

Two small jobs. Bike puncture repair and outdoor lamp re-affix I need help with two quick jobs. 1. Repair back wheel puncture on my bike I will provide a full puncture repair kit and a bike pump. The plastic piece that held it in place has broken so you will need to come up with a practical fix to get it securely back on the wall. The wiring is all intact and the lamp works fine.
