Fix door, bottom right not shutting hinges are somewhat difficult to get purchase on due to being screwed too much

The Juliet balcony door is stuck on the bottom and it won’t open. I need someone handy with doors to fix the issue. May need to take the caps off the hinges and readjust the door.

I'm looking for a handyman/carpenter/painter that can do the following tasks. I thought I would post everything at once to hire the same person and get a better price. Task 1 (most important task): unscrewing 2 window sash hooks (please see picture) - we've tried a screw driver and electric screwdriver but it doesn't work. We would need you to remove these two hooks without damaging the window. Bonus points if you can paint over! Task 2: attaching screw eye (see picture). On the other window, we are missing this little screw eye like the one you see on the picture. The diameter needs to be very small otherwise the window doesn't fold. We have the hook, but not the screw. Task 3: add a little super glue on a kitchen item (very easy) Task 4: change 2 hinges on a bedroom door (optional task - if this too expensive we won't do it, or we will ask our landlord. please budget it separately if expensive) Task 5: help open a bedroom window that doesn't open. Task 6: help with a dresser door that doesn't close well Task 7: several little pain touch up (optional too - we will get a painter for a separate task if this is too expensive) Task 8: help with bathroom door handle that doesn't open well

I'm yet to buy the door, but have the measurements of the inlet, so would welcome your advice. I'd require the resizing, handles and a lock fitted. Thank you!

Just need a hole filled and then painted. I d filled most of the hole just needs to be sanded down evenly and painted have all equipment. Paint both cupboards to match

My suspended glass bathroom door has slipped down in it's bracket on one side. I need someone with experience to reset it. As the photos show there is only a small access space. This glass cannot be reset by tightening the nuts at top - I have already tried this.
