Fix some issues with two windows. I believe there maybe a seal, mechanism and potentially broken hinge issue.

The bottom hinge is corroded and broken. The seals are old and moldy. We would like to keep the glass but fix the hinge/seals. Happy for you to change the hinge system if parts can’t be replaced. I really just want the door fixed if possible - the frame has all moved out of alignment and the door needs a lock added to it. I don't really want to replace it all as I intend to knock this extension down in a couple of years anyway. So if possible I would prefer it to be fixed than replaced.

I need a handyman to repair my wardrobe doors that came out from its mechanism. I had someone in the past repairing it using an electric drill so you might need that. Also I have a screw from the window that is loose and needs to be attached back. I’ll share pictures

Door handles have become loose. I need them repaired. Have ordered these long screws to attach either side. I’m not sure why it won’t let me change remote to in person. HA7 Job is for 1 door handle on Airtasker. Please quote for 1 handle. I have 10 more doors that need to be done as well.
