I need someone to replace a broken toilet seat, replace a blind and screw on a door handle that has come off

I’ve received a sofa that won’t fit through my living room door. The door needs taking off but some of the screws are worn down. I need the door removed, help bringing my sofa through (I’ll also be helping) the sofa is light in weight, I need the feet screwed on to the sofa. I then need my door to be put back on with a couple of new screws please.

We have a sliding door used to enter our bathroom. It appears the door has come off the rails or the rails are now faulty and the door no longer slides open or closes in a smooth fashion. It still opens and closes but under force and no longer the smooth operation it was once.

I have a bathroom door that lacks its casing – a renovation job that never got completed in essence! Needs cutting to fit here at the flat and then attaching in place.

In my property the bathroom door, bottom hinge pin apparently slips out regularly according to my tenant. From the photo they sent it ooks like it’s lost its head. Consequently the door is now also catching on the floor and wearing the linoleum, whereas before this didn’t happen. I need two new hinge pins, as the upper one is also without a head, but more secure. If the door is still scrapping on the floor I suspect if you use hinge washer/s to lift the height of the door a wee bit - that should do the job rather than having to rehang the entire door. So should be a quick and simple job. I have photos of the issue, as well as 2 videos I could WhatsApp whoever does the job - so you should know prior to coming if what I suggest will do the trick. Tenants are reliable and will sort out a parking permit for you.

Stiff pocket door may have loose hinges or faulty track, it will close and open but it needs to be lifted and slid. It was installed circa 2007
