I need my room sound proofed from the walls to the floor and cealing. It’s about 11m2. Only one of the walls is solid this rest are plaster

My house sits on dual carriage way. I wanted to reduce the noise coming from the road vehicles. I measured the current noise level and on the outer side rooms it is 48 db. I already have double glazed window, I wanted a full soundproof solution.

I have a room with a window facing the road. I need to do some caulking of the window in order to reduce the sound that is coming inside the room. Any other techniques to reduce sound is also interesting.

I’d like to soundproof my living wall with direct to wall sound proofing panels like the soundboard 4 or similar material. I need someone to install it although it is easy enough to do as it can be done by anyone at home, it’s not something I can do myself due to disabilities. The wall is approx 4m across & 3m down and the tiny bit of the side of an alcove. Job should not take longer than a day I’ve been advised as no drilling involved apart from screws from panel to frame/joints in wall needed. Plaster over the top. I will repaint so no need for that. Max I can pay is 300 but if anyone can do for cheaper I’d be happy to book. Must have experience & know what you’re doing. Many thanks

Need the walls painted of the studio but due to majority of the walls being sound proofed, it’s important that extra care is taken in preparing so no paint splashes are on the sound proofing. Any holes / break in the walls should be filled. All paint, filler etc will be supplied. Work must be completed in the daytime and if you’re able to fit some CCTV cameras, can pay extra to have those fitted! You need to be a professional painter, please share photos of previous projects.
