I am looking for a quote for preventative maintenance on a flat roof (area c.4m x 2m). The roof is currently watertight and has no leaks, but I want to prolong its lifespan. There are a couple of areas with minor ponding after rain. I'd ideally like three quote please: • Clean and inspect only. • Clean + level the ponding areas. • Clean + level + new full protective overcoat.

Drain hole keeps blocking, gutter guard needs to be installed as it keeps causing leaks, flat roof on top of commercial property, to be done as soon as possible - old videos, just need gutter guard installed there is no longer a blockage, just don't have any photos.

Finish off loft insulation works, half way through but didn’t have time to finish, have all the tools required. Just need someone to do this, then fit plasterboard on top, only access through loft hatch. Loft is already boarded, this is roof insulation, have platform up there.
