We haven't used the chimney since moving in a year ago. Would like someone to sweep/clean the chimney. We were told it is a working fire by sellers but want to be sure.

Removal of False Chimney Breast + Fireplace + Built-in Storage We have a non-structural, plasterboard false chimney breast with decorative fireplace and built-in storage/shelving to one side (see photo). This is not a real brick chimney and is not structural — it appears to be timber stud, plasterboard and skim. Scope of works: • Remove false chimney breast structure • Remove decorative fireplace and surround • Remove adjacent built-in cupboard and shelving • Make good wall, ceiling and floor behind (ready for painting) • Replace skirting where required • Remove all waste/rubble from site The fireplace is not in use and is not connected to gas. Please quote including labour and waste removal.

You can reach the roof from the ladder. Ladder, Paint and brush will be provided. It is about 2 hours work

Approximately 12ish meters of guttering installed on the roof edge. Will also need some Bly run around the perimeter of where guttering is going so brackets can be installed. Material supplied by me, tradesman needs to have full tool kit a little step ladder. Jig saw etc

Water droplets fall on ceiling from chimney so need to put chimney cover. There are 3 damp spots on the ceiling so just need to check, and dry and paint

Need someone who can deal with this today. Install a small GRP trim / matting over a zinc gutter to produce a small down pour and bond edges. So it's water tight.

The project would be to repair a tiled roof and skylight which are leaking, plus add some ducting to a newly installed bathroom ventilation fan.

My down pipe in the garden needs to being clogged, I was able to get some some stuff / debris out of there but it’s still blocked so will need a plumber to come fix.
