Fit plasterboard to tops of walls to cover the gap created between old plasterboard and new higher plasterboard. Tape all joints so they are ready for decoration at a later date (No skim required)

Repair or replace a section of metal downpipe that is cracked and leaking when there has been rain. The downpipe is at ground floor level.

To remove existing felt and apply new felt and repair the damage around the edges so that it is waterproof and no moisture or rainwater can seep, including any rotten timber underneath.

I have a down pipe that needs replacing. I think it’s a metal pipe. But I’m happy to change it for plastic uPVC.

Looking for someone to seal off my chimney openings in 2 x fireplaces. Something similar to the picture - both small fireplaces (one in bedroom and one in living room). Open to different finishes/materials but want it to look nice and be sealed properly.

We have a basement, that requires insulation. The basement is standing height, the insulation will fit between joists. When installed there will be a lining that has to be applied to hold it in. Lining provided.

I need some ivy clearing from a garage roof/pelmet area and also a couple of onduline style panels on the garage roof to replace. Ideally to be done on a Friday and maybe a Saturday. I already have the 2 panels and long nails\pins and also a good, long-reach, Ryobi hedge trimmer. The garage is approx 8 feet high and is easily accessible with a tall ladder, the roof has 18mm plywood supported by metal framework under the onduline. With the neighbour's co-operation, getting on the roof might not be necessary (your call on that should you take the job). I've attached a few drone shot photos so you can assess the task(s). I've marked the 2 panels that need replacing and also the amount I need the ivy reducing with about 1 ½ feet off the top. Also, to remove the cut ivy (I'd estimate 3 large garden waste bins full). Note: Our garden is on the left with the yellow 'star' and seats with orange and green cushions.

Some of the plastic poles for the gutting have broken or come apart from the wall. They need fixing. Please bring all materials and ladders for climbing.
