Lay 100mm insulation between rafters, and 170mm insulation on top to insulate a cold loft. Small amount of loft boarding to be fitted too. Old insulation to be bagged and removed. New wool insulation and loft board will be on site, so fitting required Loft space is approx 40m2, and low headroom

I need help from a good handyman who can properly install sail blinds and their brackets on a standard conservatory roof with area of about 5 to 6sqm. Either labour only and/or with parts.

Remove a wooden plinth that has been built around a chimney breast. The plinth was built to mount a TV onto and house an electric fire so we also need the electric fire removed as part of the work
