Remove a disused electric cable from within the fireplace flue. The cable enters the fireplace ~ 3.2m above ground level within the fireplace, and then exits the fireplace again. There is no sign of the cable in the walls of the rooms on the other side of the chimney flue.

I need my loft insulation rolled up and bagged, I'm having my ceilings replaced and then need protecting first. I will provide the bags, but you need PPE. The area is 40m^2 and the loft space has a decent height to it.

I have some leak issue on my roof which needs to be sorted. Leak 1 - 1st floor to front of building.. Tiles and gutter need adjustment / repair. Leak 2 - Behind the toilet on the first floor / water stains in hallway ceiling ground floor.. Highlighted area on flat roof needs torch on felt / flashings and around soil stack.. Leak 3 - 2nd floor bedroom, 1st floor bedroom, ground floor kitchen are the affected areas by this leak. Valley needs patch repair / sealing.
