I need made to measure roller Roman Blinds installed (simple drill into ceiling infront of bedroom window - see picture with old ones up which have now been taken down. And then some pictures put up in the living room (so again just need someone with a drill. V.speedy job

I already have one blind (recess) installed that sits within the window frame. I would like to install a Roman blackout blind (exact size) that will need to be fixed on top and in front of the already installed blind (please see the photo).
