Cracks at the front of the house in need of repair.

Hi, I’m looking for a localised render repair on my property in Whyteleafe. I have a few cracks in the exterior cement render, and water is coming in around the window sills when it rains. I do NOT need the whole wall or house re-rendered — just targeted repairs. Could you please provide a quote for: 1. Raking out and repairing cracks in the existing cement render using a flexible exterior filler or polymer-modified repair mortar. 2. Re-sealing around the affected window frames/sills with a high-quality exterior MS-polymer sealant. 3. Spot-painting the repaired areas only to match the existing finish. 4. Confirming what materials you use for crack repair and sealing. 5. Whether the quote includes labour, materials, and any access equipment (it’s a ground floor/first floor property, so scaffolding shouldn’t be needed). If someone is willing to give me a reasonable quote before I decide to have a go myself. I’m looking to have a wall rendered including prep work needed for a wall that is 6.5m x 2.5m The top of the wall is timber for what the old roofing was attached to. Plus side door is inset a little so would need this squared off.

Need plasterer to have off, render and re plaster walls

We are buying wooden Scandinavian panels to stick on the walls of our stairwelll. We will need them cut and applied to fit accordingly We also need a front porch door replacement and rendering on the cracks in the front of our house.

Unknown budget - flexible. There’s a small chunk of render missing from where a cable hole has been drilled into the side of the building.
