3 tasks: 1. Toilet cistern keeps running and refilling, can’t work out why, maybe a seal needs replacing. 2. Kitchen tap has a slow leak, again maybe a seal issue. 3. Changing a toilet seat, the bolts have rusted and I can’t get them off. Then replace with the new seat.

A plumber recently changed the plug for a new one (great, no problem there) but in doing so damaged the draw (it no longer closes properly and you can see in the photo it doesn't sit flush with the other draw underneath it) and there is also water leaking into the draw. Hi, I urgently need help with a blocked bathroom sink that’s causing drain flies. The water drains slowly, and we believe there’s buildup inside the pipe. We tried DIY cleaning but it’s not solving the issue properly. Looking for someone to come to our home in Stoke Newington (N16 8NT) and: • Clear the sink drain • Clean or scrub inside the pipe (if possible) • Help stop the drain flies from returning Ideally today or tomorrow. My nan owns the house and is elderly, so we’d really appreciate a kind and helpful person. If you can do this as a goodwill favour or for low cost, that would mean the world to us 🙏 Thank you!

1. leak when I put the dishwasher on (under sink) but no sign of leak when dishwasher not on. 2. 4 radiators need ripping out then new ones put in in new locations. (Happy to get a quote for this upon visit) 3. Water temperature in shower is Boiling so need that fixed too.

We have a leaking swan necked mixer tap in the kitchen. The leak is coming from where the arrow points on the photo attached. The plastic O-ring is broken which is the probable cause. We need someone to repair this.

My boiler works okay but occasionally shows an error F21 and turns off. It’s a valiant. Upstairs there is a tank and pump but I think the valve needs loosening at the moment we get no hot water up there and the pressure dial is on 0.
