Massive leak that I need to find and fix

Need qualified and experienced plumber to investigate and identify the problem. I believe it needs new pump.

My jet spray is leaking need plumber to fix it

It’s either v hot or cold. Doubt it can be repaired. So replaced like for like pls.

Install shower head and hose correctly. I bought a new one yesterday but it keeps leaking from both ends when water travels through it.

Our disabled toilet is blocked

Looking for a plumber to setup Jet spray( purchased from Amazon) in the toilet. It has already been put but there’s a small leakage as I believe I am not able to tighten it and hence need an expert to fix it. Should not take more than 15 mins.

Leaking kitchen tap. Maybe need a new one fitted 3 showers. The on off turners are very stiff. Need loosening. 1 toilet is blocked. And easily blocks. Unblock and check for longer term solution

Toilet seat is loose, needs tightening. Bathroom taps are stiff, not sure how to loosen? Bedroom radiator leaking Sockets through flat would like changing over to usbc type- already have sockets

I have an old bathroom basin. The hot tap is producing a drip every 10 seconds. The drip has orange colouring in it — I think the washer in the tap is metal. The whole suite is old, as is the bathroom plumbing. I need the tap fixed immediately, before the drip escalates to a run, and starts giving me boiler problems. After that, I need to renovate the whole bathroom — replace the whole suite with something that looks more modern, tidy up the old piping, fit stop taps to the suite items to prevent future emergencies, replace the rusting radiator, put in a shower that actually produces hot water…. I need the tap done immediately, and the renovation done before winter comes. Thank you.

I have a nest thermostat. 2 x radiator valves that need to be changed Also a tiny leak under my bathroom sink Ideally the job is after 430pm on a weekday.
