This bathroom has had damp and a pipe leak before. Someone came to carry out a repair, but only a week later the area became damp again. The affected wall also needs to be treated and repainted once the issue has been resolved.

Replacing a 100cm stainless steel kitchen sink with a composite one. Might need to enlarge the worktop, but unlikely. If it necessary then I can pay more on the job.

Our washing machine broke and the replacement compnay said they could not replace it because the water pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking. They were unable to turn the water off and said the valve was difficult to access so we might need someone with some cabinetry knowledge as this is for an integrated washing machine

need help with bathroom faucet that connects to the shower. The faucet turn does not mix the right amount of hot and cold, so need to fix what ever is wrong

identified a leak to the toilet cistern which is causing a constant escape of water. Our equipment has also identified a leak to the bath overflow allowing a substantial escape of water with the bath or shower in use. Our engineer calculated an approximate water loss of 1ltr an hour within flat , constantly occurring until the toilet cistern is replaced. I would also like to ensure the mould is removed thats been created from the Cistern leakage as well as areas dried.

The toilet flush fills very slowly and one of the tap has low flow for hot water. Two electric sockets don't seem to work. I'm looking to hire someone qualified who can do both these jobs.

I’m experiencing a drainage issue in my kitchen where dishwasher wastewater is backing up through the sink. I’ve already inspected the pipework under the sink and found no visible blockage. Chemical drain unblockers have also been tried without success, suggesting the blockage is further down the line and may require drain rods or specialist equipment to clear. I’m looking for an experienced plumber who can diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. Please get in touch if this is something you can help with.
