Find an experienced local plumber in Kilburn

Two bathrooms, back to back, and alongside an outside wall on the second floor of a purpose-built building. The toilets share a waste pipe, waste is flowing from one toilet to another and back again. It seems that there may be a blockage to the outside waste pipe. This job may require going into the cabinet behind the cistern in the main bathroom. (Easy access)

Yes see attached below the break. The unit is a Grohe 118323 Cosmo Shower System. Seems like the mechanism in the wall got knocked off as you can see a piece got stuck in the handle. I think its the wall mechanism that needs to be replaced, from quick research seems as though its the GROHE Aquadimmer Chrome 47364000 (available on Amazon which I can order).

I need help with two jobs (can be done in the same visit): 1. Drain Cleaning: - Kitchen and bathroom drains are running slow. - Likely need a drain snake or similar tool. - Please bring your own equipment. 2. Shower Door Replacement - Take down the existing shower door. - Install a new door (near-identical measurements). - Seal around the bottom with caulking for a watertight finish. Tools and sealant to be provided by you. Notes: Both tasks ideally completed in one visit. Please confirm your experience with plumbing/handyman and shower door installation when making an offer. Thanks!

Advice required before confirming job: Task 1: install handheld bidet to toilet (similar to the attached screenshot) - advice needed on whether this is possible. Picture of actual toilet and pipe attached. Task 2: change tap/shower head to alternative with overhead and handheld, that allows for easier temperature control rather than mixer. Advice required on what is possible.. picture of current attached. Note I have not yet purchased the parts. Changes should not be permanent as this is a rental.
