I would like to replace my kitchen mixer tap. I have already bought the mixer tap, and when replacing, I would also like you to install a new modern adaptation to the copper piping. If you can, i would appreciate what kind of adaptation I should buy before your arrival. I’m flexible with when to proceed.

The tap is dripping and the access is from the back. I can cut obstructing wood construction to provide full access to the pipe. The tap is coming out of the tiled wall which is why the plasterboard back is cut open for access. A tired washer is the most likely cause is the most likely cause. The pipe is behind a block of wood which I can quickly cut if access needs to provided in that way.

I need a plumber or experienced handyman to service my concealed thermostatic shower mixer. We have two of these that need to be done Tasks required: 1. Remove Handle & Faceplate: Carefully remove the matte black temperature handle and faceplate (as seen in the photo). 2. Clean Limescale/Corrosion: There is some buildup and pitting around the base of the handle. I need this cleaned up as much as possible without damaging the finish further. 3. Adjust Temperature Limit: The shower does not get hot enough. I need you to recalibrate the internal thermostatic cartridge/stop ring to allow for a higher maximum temperature (past the current 38°C limit). 4. Inspect for Leaks: Check if the white buildup is caused by a slow leak from the cartridge seals and advise if a new O-ring is needed. Notes: * I am not looking to replace the unit, just to have it serviced and the heat limit adjusted. • Please bring appropriate tools (allen keys/wrenches) and a descaling solution.

Old kitchen mixer tap is broken. Have a replacement that needs installing. Also the sink waste seal has eroded and is leaking and needs replacing.

The water pressure is very low and also I have a leak in the kitchen sink which needs looking at

The temperature control in my shower currently only has boiling hot water, the only way to change the temperate is by changing it on the boiler. It's not a boiler issue for sure could be the cartridge....but unsure.

The pipe under my kitchen sink is leaking. It's not the pipe leading from the actual drain, so I assume the pipes are clogged. There's also some water collected behind the kitchen panels, I would like that to be cleaned up too as much as possible.

I have buttons on a panel for flushing my toilet on wall. Every 2-3 weeks, I have to remove the panel, unscrew these 3 red plastic straw shaped things and then the toilet works. Over time the straws go back in so I have to unscrew them again. Keen to stop this happening!

Our integrated dishwasher is leaking. When we run it some water leaks. I need someone to fix it. I’m not sure if there is a puncture in one of the pipes or if one is loose. The dishwasher is a Bosch Type SD4P1B
