I have a single Wilkhahn 211/4 office chair that has served me well for 15ish years but now it's in need of some tlc. The fabric is starting to rip on the side, the pneumatic mechanism complains loudly whenever I sit on it, and the wheels occasionally leave black marks on the floor.

I need the gas lift system in my Humanscale office chair replaced, and also the wheels reattached. Many thanks, Rob

Office chair won’t stay up

My office chair keeps going down when I sit on it. I think the gas canister has run out of gas. The chair was purchased in August 2021 from theworkalley.co.uk (which appears to no longer be in business). The chair description on purchase receipt is: high back mesh office chair, ergonomic swivel chair with adjustable head rest and arm rest.
