6 kitchen drawers need (B&Q fitted drawers) need new soft close mechanisms fitting. We do not have the parts

Replace kitchen sink and tap ( two level tap to single level tap) with a new ones. I got 2 options for Sink, prefer composite one. Might need a bit of recutting of platform, not sure abt that. If that doesnot work, Second option, Stainless steel one, should fit for the current cutout

Bathroom extractor is clattering, so either needs repair or replacing. Two skylights in the kitchen - never used - are both leaking a little, so be good to have someone look at the seals around the glass etc (on a flat roof)

Several smallish jobs have accumulated and it's hard to get someone to come out and do them because none of them are huge! We have a shed door that needs to be repaired or replaced, a corner of our kitchen floor that needs to be repaired and re-tiled as well as the wall next to it (we have the tiles) and a dimmer switch that needs to be replaced. Looking for someone who can do all these jobs! Have added pictures. Forgot to do it, first time on airtask. Apologies!

Looking for a reliable and efficient person to power wash an alleyway (bird droppings on the ground and some on the pipes above) and then install pigeon spikes to help prevent it from happening again. I am looking for a professional handyman to help with multiple tasks. The main tasks being garage cleaning, garage vinyl flooring, garage lighting change, making garage rat proof, fixing a broken door lock, wallpaper application for 20 feet x 15 feet room, some add on drilling jobs to hang pictures We might have some tasks to add one but we will discuss prior adding. I am open to offers.

Needs handyman tomorrow to fix and repaint the stairways, drill 6-7 holes in the wall for lamps and fix a woobly table. I sadly don’t have paint with me so you will have to come by, get a swatch and get the suitable paint yourself. I will pay separately for paint and material of-course.
