My closet door has become loose and is difficult to open. It likely just needs the hinges/screws tightened and possibly a small adjustment to realign the door. Looking for someone to fix it quickly, should be a simple job.

This would include: Repainting & touch-ups – scuffs, chips, and marks on walls, doors, skirting boards, and stairs throughout the building Putting radiators back onto the walls, and also general fixing of things around the clinic.

I’m trying to replace a toilet seat. The nut and bolt mechanism locking it to the bowl is old and doesn’t seem to purchase when I am trying to unscrew it. It’s also awkwardly positioned on the underside of the frame meaning you need to use a box spanner to access it. I think we may need to break to nut but I’m no expert. It seems to be the same on both sides so both sides need doing.

PAINT: one small bedroom, walls, and one small bathroom. Both plain white paint GARDEN: Cut back trees, remove leaves, sweep astro turf, jet/power wash patio and garden walls, remove debris from flower beds.

We are moving out of our property and had two mirrors hanging which left holes from the screws in the walls. One of the mirrors is a standard mirror with standard screw holes. One of the mirrors was a large, heavy mirror so extra reinforcement was put in which has left holes in the walls.

Hang a 32" TV onto TV bracket. Bracket already mounted on wall. Floor lamp has three tubes that need to be fitted together as an arc lamp. One or two 470mm shelves to be installed on wall plasterboard wall. I will have shelves and brackets, but not rawlplugs or screws. Shelves will need to be shortened to size.

The new blinds have been delivered to the property and are ready to be installed. The existing blinds need to be removed prior to installation.
