Roller blind mechanism stopped working and blind unraveled. Blind is still properly strung. Will need ladder - blind is against double height window

I’m looking for a quote to repair my front entrance door at a property in Kentish Town (NW5). It is a large, heavy front door with a multi-point / high-security locking system (not a basic internal door). The issue is not the lock mechanism itself — the problem is that the door does not close properly unless double locked.

I need to hang five large framed pictures in my house. It's an expensive rented house so it's especially important for the hook to be fixed securely and really neatly and not damaging the walls! The metal frame of our double children’s buggy has sheared in one place underneath. Have been advised by manufacturer that it should be possibly to fix by a competent welder with torch. Are you that person? :-) Needs to be a solid fix: buggy carries 2x infants each ~15kg each (Buggy seat / material can be removed)
