I need a window blind to be installed in my kitchen. I need an expert on window blind installation to do the job

There is a small leak from an electric opening sky light on our conservatory roof. We also have a number of small ‘drip’ style leaks at the adjoining wall and roof of the conservatory on one side of the conservatory. We are looking for someone to check the seals and structure of these two locations.

Install a flush-mount ceiling fan with integrated LED light (Philips Olas, ~106cm diameter, ~31cm drop, ~4.2kg) in my bedroom, replacing an existing pendant. I'll supply the fan and its installation manual. The ceiling is plasterboard with a concrete structural slab above and a ~26cm void between them, with ventilation ducting running through the void and no timber joists. The fan needs to be fixed to the concrete slab — either anchored directly, or via a timber batten/bearer that is itself fixed back to the slab — at a point clear of the ducting. The plasterboard must carry no load. I understand the ceiling will need to be opened up to form the fixing and then closed. Existing supply is a pendant on a central ceiling rose. I'd like the fan wired into this and run off the existing wall switch, with fan, light and speed on the included remote. Please provide a single fixed (closed) price for the whole job, including: - all materials (fixings, batten/bracket, sundries) - making good the plasterboard you open up — filled and ready for paint (I'll do the painting) - a Minor Works Certificate for the electrical work - parking and any congestion charge Quote and availability appreciated.

Fit 2 ceiling fans with lights in north London modern apartment. MUST have previous experience fitting ceiling fan lights and provide evidence otherwise don't bother making a bid. Electrician preferred. No ladder available. Parking is opposite our building but is paid.
