I need a few repairs done to concrete wall that previously had layers on insulation, wall paper and paint. Wall Side 1 1. Fill in 2 holes where there was previously a ventilation tube. Images 1 & 2 2. Install an air vent (or fill in even the 3rd hole) 3. Cover/conceal hot pipes at the bottom of this wall. Previously, the pipes were covered with an unsightly bulky wood cover. We have now removed it exposing the pipes so it needs a new, better, covering solution. (image 3) 4. We removed a door frame that was not really serving any function just taking up space. But we need to render/repair the frame and also cover the heating pipes above the frame (images 4) Wall Side 2 1. On the other side of this wall we need to cover the hole where there was previously an electric ventilator 2. Render a patch of exposed wall. There are old layers of tiling and other materials that we want to cover up, to get the kitchen ready for a fit-out.
