Looking for a handyman local to the Ealing area in London, who can replace a garden door/gate and reinforce 2 fence posts (one of which is the door post) with concrete spurs. This will entail digging out around the posts, breaking up a portion of the concrete around the post, cutting off the rotten wood, positioning the cement spurs and postscreting in. The door furniture will need to be fixed on the door including a lock. Should be less than a days work. All materials supplied, I just need someone who is aware of the job and has the right tools. Extra small jobs: replace a fitted kitchen door (easy as all fixtures and fittings are supplied) and stop a leaking hallway toilet (water leaking into pan from cistern, probably due to hard water issues, therefore maybe a replacement rubber needed). Price negotiable on the day.
