Not working properly - time and alarm

We need heat recovery ventilators installed into our upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. The goal is reduce the heat loss in these rooms. My wife and I have been cycling together for many years yet still have very little idea of how to repair even a basic puncture. We do have a whole bunch of tools and both basic hybrid cycles , a Brompton & an electric commuter bike. Looking for someone to teach us 3 hours? with likely a follow up ‘refresher’ for me (I’m the slow learner) - ideally a sunny weekend morning or afternoon? We are not in a hurry but would want the person to have clear experience in cycle maintenance & repair.

The door has come off the rail and is too heavy for us to put back on ourselves. The rail itself is coming away at the bottom and causing issues. The bottoms draw has come off the slider it is meant to sit on.
