Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter (or kitchen fitter with carpentry skills) who can remove the cupboard outlined in red, so that I can put a tumble dryer in that space instead. The final result should look similar to the last attached photo: - skirting removed - skim off bottom of the worksurface at the front (the front of it comes down a few centimetres for some reason) to allow space for the appliance to fit in - attach a thin edging to the bottom of the worksurface to finish it (similar to that shown in the last photo). I don’t have this edging so you would need to bring something suitable and cut it to size. No electrical or plumbing work is involved. (The appliance will not need plumbing and there is already a plug socket in the adjacent cupboard). Delivery of the appliance will be done separately later, when the space is ready for it. I've removed an old toilet seat and needed to change the fixings for new seat. I managed to get one of the fixings off but the other fixing has a rusted, seized wing nut and a thick bolt, with very limited access behind the toilet. Please bring a compact metal-cutting tool and fit a replacement top- or bottom-fixing toilet-seat kit.

Hi I need an expert to render part of my garden wall - shown in the attached photo. It's a corner. The areas are approximately 180 cms wide x 180 cms high plus 275 cms wide x 180 cms high.
