I need assistance with two plumbing/appliance issues: Kitchen sink leak – The kitchen sink was recently installed, and there appears to be a small leak underneath when the sink is in use. Water drips intermittently while running the faucet. Dishwasher connection issue – A new dishwasher has been installed and connected, but it does not operate. It may not be properly connected to the water supply or there may be an issue with the installation.

Thus, this is not a one-off job and will allow me to see your workmanship, and I am looking for someone trustworty who provides quality workmanship/good ideas/contacts/supplier discounts or reclaimed materials, however is within my very tight budget, as I am retired and in need of long-term help. I am hoping roughly £150, if this is reasonable and I/we can be your labourer, even if only to supply the T and biscuits🙂. My neighbour also requires work done and can even merge the work together. Experienced professional needed to fit 9 simple roller blinds to windows in a 2-bed flat. The flat is in a block built in the 1870s. Some of the ceilings/walls will be lath and plaster.
