T&G Cladding Finish: Install Tongue & Groove cladding across all walls, the ceiling, and the face of the tub box enclosure. Must use secret nailing (no visible screws on the faces). 5. Seating & Trim: Build a simple, sturdy matching timber bench next to the tub and install neat corner trims/architraves around the door frame. Important Notes for Applicants: - LABOR ONLY: We will supply 100% of the materials, insulation, fixings, and the tub. Everything will be sitting on-site ready to go. - SITE READY: The shed will be completely emptied, swept, and cleared before Day 1 so you can start framing immediately. - QUALITY FIRST: This is for a boutique wellness brand, so we require an immaculate, clean spa finish with precise joints and hidden fixings.
