The structure is a BillyOh Winchester Garden Office 5m x 4m (20m² footprint), pressure treated, 44mm walls, 15mm T&G floor and roof, double-glazed door and window units, green mineral felt roof, and premium guttering both sides. A preliminary site visit before the job is welcome and encouraged. BillyOh's own guide suggests 4–6 hours depending on size and experience.
