Trim internal doors that are dragging due to new carpet

I had sockets moved from the skirting boards to the wall so will need the skirting boards replaced. I also have a built-in unit around the bed which I would like dismantled.

This is a two part job. Part 1 - Repair/replace squeaky floorboards in bedroom and landing A number of floorboards need to be repaired or replaced as they make a lot of noise. It's not clear what the issue is, i.e. whether it's a floorboard issue, joist issue etc. The bedroom is 4m x 3.45m but only some of the floorboards are squeaky. The job is to identify which floorboards are making noise and repair or replace them. The room is carpeted but the carpet will be disposed of. Some or all of the carpet/underlay will need to be removed. Same applies for the landing. As part of this job, the pipes connecting the radiator have started to sag so they need to be secured into their original position. Part 2: Repair squeaky staircase Some of the treads make noise where they meet the riser but some also make noise across the tread so it's possible some mouldings will need to be fitted. All of the treads will need to removed and then re-secured with the appropriate countersunk screws. The stairs are carpeted so the carpet and underlay will need to be removed. Existing nails, padding, staples etc. to be removed from treads and risers. - Due date: Flexible

We would like to replace old skirting boards for new the one in the living room an perhaps in the corridor. - Due date: Flexible

We are having carpets fitted in 4 rooms tomorrow and due to our little one having been in hospital unexpectedly we haven't got the rooms ready. We need someone to help us clear and sort the rooms and remove loose objects to rooms that aren't having carpet fitted. Some lifting and carrying but not of big bits of furniture. Can't see it taking more than six hours, may well be more like four. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 3 August 2022
