Hi. I need engineered floor to be laid in my bedroom. The room is 4.9m x 3.66m (see floor plan attached). I will remove all furniture from the room. Ideally I would like the old carpet to be removed and disposed of. I have purchased the floor and the underlay and scotias, all of which are below. I have a 4x5m room which needs engineered wood floor installed. The floor has had self levelling applied and is perfectly level and the latex is now dry for over 2 weeks. I have a window seat and threshold which also needs the same flooring skirting boards too in the room. I have all the wooden flooring, glue, nosings. So would just need the labour cost. Some large furniture cannot be moved out, so the vinyl will need to be cut and fitted neatly around it. Please bring the tools needed (knife, straight edge, etc.) and make sure the flooring is laid flat and tidy.

I have a 200cmx200cm (2mx2m) bedroom. I have bought the floor planks which are lock and groove method. I need quality floor installation. Preferably someone with a tool to cut planks to fit around objects such as radiator poll and part of the wall that comes out by 30cm.

The laminate flooring is going on top of real wood. Which it is doable and absolutely okay too lol. I’m not able to put measurements here as it contains numbers. But it’s for a small living room and 2 short corridors. Thanks
