I need a qualified electrician to install a new 13A electrical socket on a stud wall. Important details: The nearest power socket is approximately 3 metres away, so a new cable run will be required. The floor is concrete, but the wall is hollow stud, so the cable will likely need to be routed via the ceiling void or another appropriate concealed route. All wiring should be hidden within the wall cavity — no surface trunking. Minimal disturbance preferred, with any small access holes neatly repaired. Must ensure the socket is correctly spurred from a socket circuit, with appropriate protection and testing. Sensible quote, availability in the next few weeks

We have two outdoor sensor lights that I suspect have water in the system from the rain yesterday. They are low level on a staircase to the basement, so no ladder is needed The outdoor sensor lights are on the same part of the electricity circuit as our lounge, and that is in darkness as I have had to turn that fuse switch off

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.

Handyman / electrician needed in order to drill holes in kitchen unit and run extension lead from wall socket, through kitchen unit to space above fridge. Looking to minimise view of extension lead cord. Holes will need to be drilled in kitchen unit. 15mm - 20mm holes should be sufficient.
