The stack has been removed and the fireplace sealed, and the breast is showing high moisture readings, likely condensation trapped in the flue. Job: - Cut in and fit a vent grille to the chimney breast - Check whether the flue top in the loft is sealed and advise if it also needs venting - Make good the plaster

Electric bed dismantled and put in garage.

I have two electrical sockets in my kitchen that are not working. In one of the two I can’t get the plug in. I’m not sure why the other socket is not working

There is a burnt socket on the first floor which needs to replaced. The light on the ground floor has stopped working, the dimmer switch doesnt appear to "click" anymore so I think it's a broken dimmer switch.

Hi, I want to install an electric towel rail. Their is no socket on the opposite wall, so you would need to take power from the corner socket and pull it through, and then drill a hole through the wall to feed the towel rail wire through. The bathroom walls are made of tile, so it would mean having the right bits to do that and to hang the towel rail when finished. There will be some holes made in the bedroom walls from the work, so also if you are able to cover them or recommend someone who can.

Smoke alarm battery needs replacing Alarm is about 3-4M high on a staircase landing - suitable ladder needed

The bathroom fan comes on with the light but switches off again after about 2 seconds. I have removed fluff from it but it did not fix the problem. It is a ceiling mounted Vent-Axia fan.

Replace three outdoor sensor lights that have pre fitted cable and replace a bathroom light fixture which is for a small space.
