Melitta Barista TS SMART (F85/0-10) not recognising the water tank. The machine fails to detect the water tank during rinsing and when attempting to make coffee. I’ve already tried: ∙ Removing and reseating the tank ∙ Cleaning the sensor contacts on both the machine and tank ∙ Checking the float moves freely ∙ Power cycling ∙ Running a descale cycle None of the above resolved it, so I suspect the water tank sensor on the machine side has failed and needs replacing. Looking for an engineer experienced with bean-to-cup machines (ideally Melitta) who can diagnose and repair on site. I’m in NW6. Happy to share photos or a video of the fault beforehand.

Dishwasher won’t drain or turn on

Water is not coming into the dishwasher when washing. When you close the door it makes a draining noise.

A fuse has blown in a socket near my boiler which has caused it to stop working. Because of this the hot water has stopped. The other issue is that the water in the kitchen has stopped all together.

Hi! I’m looking for a qualified appliance repair technician to take a look at our Indesit 8kg tumble dryer in NW3 (Hampstead area). The dryer powers on and makes a humming sound, but the drum is not spinning. There is resistance when turned manually, so we believe the belt is intact — it may be a motor capacitor issue or something similar. i have a replacement integrated washer dryer being delivered on wednesday, with the old one being taken away. i need someone to come and fit and put the door back on

Stacked tumble dryer and washing machine in cupboard at top of stairs. Miele engineer needs access to washing machine to fit a spare part but wont remove the machines. Need both machines taken out of cupboard into hall on same level, so engineer can work on them and then need them to be put back same day or latest next day

Need to check wiring not professionally installed maybe and is short cycling due to a water pressure pump
