I have a QTX QX12PA where the on off switch is faulty and so I cannot turn off the machine. As a result the internal battery is now dead and so I suspect needs replacing. I understand that a new battery is around £30 but obviously there is no point installing this, while the on off switch is still faulty. Would you be able to repair the on-off switch and install the new battery. If so, could you please give me a price for this repair?
