I would like privacy netting fitted to base of this roof (have 1m x 10m) and then on top of this to fit 1m x 3m pvc garden netting which i have 3 packs of.

I have an older gravel-covered flat roof (approx. size, 3m x 4m) with deteriorating felt that has deep splits and leaks. The roof also has significant moss buildup that needs clearing. Additionally, the wooden fascia board along the gutter edge (visible in photos) has rotted, and the current guttering system needs to be completely removed and replaced. What I need done: · Scrape back loose gravel and remove moss. · Repair/apply new felt cap sheet or sealant over the cracked areas (must stop active leaks). · Replace the rotten wooden fascia board with new treated timber. · Install new UPVC guttering to the newly secured fascia. · Clear up all old timber and debris. Please note: I am not looking for a "quick patch job" that will fail in 6 months. I need the rotting timber replaced properly before new guttering goes up. I am happy to pay a fair price for proper work. A section of external textured render along the bottom of an exterior wall has cracked, come loose and started to break away. There is a fairly long open separation along the lower edge, with some areas already missing. I am looking for an experienced renderer/external plasterer to carry out a proper localised repair, including: Check/tap the surrounding render and identify any loose or hollow areas. Remove all loose or failed render back to a sound edge. Prepare the exposed background properly. Repair the damaged lower strip and corner area. Use suitable external base/render coats and reinforcing mesh where appropriate. Match the existing textured finish as closely as reasonably possible. Ensure the wall/flat-roof junction is left properly weatherproof. Protect the existing flat-roof covering during the work. Remove all debris afterwards. I am not looking for the cracks simply to be filled with silicone/filler — I want the loose render properly removed and repaired. Access: The affected area is immediately above a flat roof and should be relatively straightforward to access, potentially by ladder/tower and working from the flat-roof area. I am hoping full scaffolding will not be necessary, but the tradesperson should assess and provide whatever safe access arrangements are appropriate. 2 floor house. One section of the gutter is leaking and rainwater can pour straight down from the spot. Need to clean and fix the gutter

Skylight (approx. 850mm x 3210mm unit, triple-glazed) has been installed the wrong way round (wrong pane on the outside) on a flat roof above a rear single-storey extension and needs to be flipped/re-fitted the correct way. All materials already there. Straightforward job for an experienced installer team but needed urgently as original installer is away on holiday. Please note: installer team must arrange their own access to the roof via a small scaffold tower / ladder as appropriate (no scaffold or ladder currently on site). -Unit is heavy (approx. 150kg), so appropriate manpower is needed -Must take care to ensure no damage to glass or surrounding units or slate roof.

Need the chimney swept as we want to tile it

I have a pergola/lean to outside my kitchen. I’ve removed the old clear double walled panels as one is permanently stained and debris gets into the cavities making them difficult to clean and consequently they cut out some much needed light. The tracks also need replacing as they are old and broken in one section, so difficult to slide the panels out and in.

2 tasks for a competent carpenter: 1. Create a narrow hallway console table with 2 legs like the 3rd image below from a solid beech wood table top 200cm length x 20cm wide x 3cm depth and solid beech legs 85cm high. (we have the table leg connectors and brackets to hold in place on the wall). We need the table top to be routed at the ends to softly rounding the 2 front corners (around a 15–20 mm radius) and taper the underside in a gentle 45° chamfer for about 15 mm. Task 2, to cut and fit x 2 60cm wide x 240cm high oak insulation panels to a wall.

Remove the existing foam layer from the ceiling, then fit new plasterboard throughout the ceiling, leaving all surfaces prepared and ready for skimming. Ensure all boards are securely fixed, joints are properly finished, and the area is left clean and ready for the plasterer. Supply amd fit

Please don’t message unless you’re a roofer and can actually do the jobs and have the right ladders etc to access the roof. I’ve been messaged by a few time wasters recently who have never done roofing jobs before. I require three jobs completing: 1. Roof repair - a couple of tiles have slipped. Drone images attached. 2. I need the two chimney external stacks cleaned and repainted in white. Some filling might be needed. There is one chimney stack at the front and one at the back. 3. 1 Gutter at the rear needs to be reconnected and bracket pushed in. Location is Wembley.
