I've got a damp patch on a first floor chimney breast. I would like someone to assess if the cause of the damp may be condensation in the chimney or leaking through the loft. It's a capped chimney with no ventilation grill so may require drilling a borescope.

I think I need to get a fascia board replaced as their is a gap in the roof line

Conservatory roof has developed a leak. It appears to be the seals around the vent windows in the centre. See close up and wide shot of the roof in the pics. Budget is between £100 and £400.

I have bought a chimney hood extractor that needs to be fitted above my cooker. It is a recirculating ductless model, and needs to be fitted for internal recirculation and be at least 65cm from the cooker. I unfortunately don’t have any power tools so you would need to bring your own tools necessary for the job. The hood came with instructions as well, Thank you!

There is damp in the top right corner of my room which I think is because a gutter needs to be cleaned. I can also see a missing tile above the gutter and wonder if that’s causing insulation issues so would like this checked

The Exodraft fan is not working. Remote control batteries changed and synchronised to plug socket so the issue lies in connection from fan to socket or with fan itself. May just need cleaning? Gutter is leaking through one of the joints. Looks like the connection has come lose and will probably need sealing as well. We don't have a long ladder so you will need your own.

I need some loft insulation installing in the eaves above one (3.6 x 3.6m) room. I’ve done all the rest but it’s quite small to get through to the other side around the chimney and low roof pitch so needs someone SLIM and doesn’t worry about claustrophobia or spiders :-) I’ve already cut the loft insulation and it’s up in the loft ready to go in place. I can pass the insulation through to the loft space for whomever does the work. An equivalent room with easy access took me about an hour to do.
