Hi, I’m looking for an experienced roofer to inspect and repair a flat roof on a kitchen extension (approx. 5m wide). We’ve recently noticed small water marks on the kitchen ceiling, so we suspect there may be minor water ingress from the roof. I’d like someone to: * Inspect the current roof condition * Advise whether this is a repair or full replacement * Check if the decking underneath is still in good condition * Provide a quote for either: * a waterproof coating repair OR * a new covering (e.g. EPDM rubber roof) Access is straightforward from the rear. Please only respond if you have experience with flat roofs and can provide photos of similar work. Thanks

1) Carefully remove all floorboards downstairs and set aside. 2) install timber battens between joists 3) install rigid insulation minimum 50mm thick between floor joist, above battens. 4) underfloor heating pipework installed between joists (materials supplied by us). Joists to be notched where required to allow pipework to pass through 5) dry sand a cement mix screed to the placed between joists above underfloor heating pipework and levelled flat. 6) fix down floorboards over the top of all, fixing floorboards into the joists.

Remove chimney fully or only on 1st floor

Remove cast iron downpipe. Render wall make good and seal old holes patches. New plastic downpipe with new hopper. Test no leaks. Include all materials in quote

Replace a slipped/misaligned slate tile near the eaves (above the gutter).

Paint gutters and down pipes on small 3 bed semi plus small soffits

I’m looking to have bespoke shelving and storage made either side of the chimney breast. The dimensions on either side are different which is why I’m looking for bespoke rather than just buying furniture. They need to be sturdy and well made. I’d like a storage cupboard at the bottom and then shelving up the rest of the wall. I’d like an arch added to the top like in the picture I’ve included. The blue photo is the space currently.

Finish off loft insulation works, half way through but didn’t have time to finish, have all the tools required. Just need someone to do this, then fit plasterboard on top, only access through loft hatch. Loft is already boarded, this is roof insulation, have platform up there.

Long grass/leaves is growing in my gutter and I want it removed and cleaned

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

Some of the roofing sheets on my garage are damaged and need replacing. There’s 8 sheets in total but only the front ones are damaged. Need the damaged ones removed and new ones nailed into place.
