Need to clean the roof light and glass door

Fix roof on top of shed. I have removed as much mould internally as possible. Re- plaster and paint internal.

Damp wall in spite of 5 different roofers attempting repairs. Possible water running down felt, porous bricks. Worse with rain. Possibly due to subsidence or gap between adjoining wall. Budget obviously negotiable but had to enter an amount! Let’s discuss in chat. It’s unlikely to be the lead work as many roofers (and plasterers had a go and it’s worse now.

The balcony above my flat leaks into my balcony when it rains. I would like to build some sort of temporary roofing that would allow rain to slide off the balcony and keep it relatively dry. Because I am renting, this solution should be safe and stable, but also relatively easy to remove if needed. Pics of the upstairs balcony attached. I am flexible on solutions and pricing!

I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must. I'm looking to get an estimate - can be inexact/non-binding given not visited the property - to mount my TV above a fireplace using an adjustable mount like the one linked below. Roofers left a mess. Drains clogged with debris, a downpipe clogged with debris, and the wastewater pipe from my washing machine (1st floor) and my downstairs neighbour's washing machine need replacing (they are broken and off).
