There are 3 places where gutter is leaking and needs repair. 1) End cap missing. Fit new end cap st back of house. 2) Front of house. Water leaking from End cap. 3) Back of house, Water leaking from joints.

The gutter above my bay window has come away from the roof, so water is getting in behind it . It needs to be re-secured and sealed to ensure proper drainage

There is an issue with the front guttering which is causing the rain to seep into the bedroom, i need someone to investigate to identify the cause and replace the guttering if needed

My garden extension flat felt roof been leaking for a while. I can see a slight damage on the roof felt when I checked . Need someone to inspect and repair without replacing the whole roof. I would prefer to have a patch repair done. I would like to know how much it will cost and when can it be done ?

I have a leak in my conservatory that appeared during heavy rain. It seems to be coming from the junction between the conservatory roof and the gutter/roof edge. This same area leaked around 3 years ago and was repaired by a roofing company. Their work included replacing the conservatory valley, installing a torch-on felt system, underlay, and cleaning/unblocking the gutters. The leak has now returned. The gutters are cleaned regularly, last cleaned around 6–7 months ago, so I do not just want a basic gutter clean or silicone patch. I need someone experienced with conservatory roofs / flat roofing / valleys / flashing / gutter junctions to inspect properly and identify the cause. An area of the loft needs boarding up so can be used as a wardrobe. The door needs moving back and a new partition wall added. The roof has old insulation that needs replacing. Some wooden floor we have left needs putting down in a v small area to match.

I live in a ground floor flat and my living room is by the front door. The neighbours above make a lot of noise when entering and leaving the house.

The manual conservatory roof vent screw jack opener has detached from the frame and needs replacing. The mechanism is still good. The old screws are rusted, needs new screws. The old corroded fixings gave way. My window will now not fully shut. Am worried when it rains.

We require a builder to remove and dispose of a chimney on the ground floor. There is no chimney on the second floor / third floor. Need someone experienced.

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

Some of the roofing sheets on my garage are damaged and need replacing. There’s 8 sheets in total but only the front ones are damaged. Need the damaged ones removed and new ones nailed into place.
