There is a scraping noise eminating through our home. I need someone with roof access to see if there's anything up within the chimney stack or on the roof itself. Diagnose and potentially sort out.

Need roughly 25m2 of loft and eaves to be topped up with insulation want to use thermofleece cosy currently 100mm want to take to 300mm

I need to insulate my loft, which currently has very little insulation. I’m looking to install the recommended minimum thickness of 270 mm across roughly 69 sqm. Based on what I’ve seen at B&Q, the materials alone would cost around £400. Part of the loft is already boarded, as shown in the photos/video. I’m happy to pay £200 for the labour if I supply the insulation myself. Alternatively, I’m open to someone handling the whole job—including supplying the insulation—as long as the total stays within a £600 budget for 270 mm thickness. Please bear in mind that around a third of the loft is boarded, so that section will also need to be insulated. The boards will have to be lifted and then put back once the work is done. The price would also need to include the removal of the old insulation.

Repair roof.. stop water from entering

I’ve had this show up in my bedroom of a house I own, there’s no bathroom above this, so suspect this is coming from the roof. I’d need a professional to come inspect the issue and hopefully fix it

Ensuring the soil stack meets all current building regulations. Making new, correct connections for the existing foul water pipes. Making new, correct connections for the existing rainwater/surface water pipes.

2 days work. A labourer to help with a commercial roof and gutter clean at a business park. Single storey units. Have a gutter vac that can be operated from the ground. Also a telescopic waterfed pole and brush to apply cleaning chemical to the roof so that I can pressure wash it.
