I have some leak issue on my roof which needs to be sorted. Leak 1 - 1st floor to front of building.. Tiles and gutter need adjustment / repair. Leak 2 - Behind the toilet on the first floor / water stains in hallway ceiling ground floor.. Highlighted area on flat roof needs torch on felt / flashings and around soil stack..
