Hi ya, So we have a blocked toilet in the upstairs bathroom of a terraced house. We also have a downstairs bathroom which is not blocked but the chain has unhooked so it doesn’t flush as we can’t pull it, but we believe it is not blocked also. I have tried one shot three times to unblock it but it hasn’t worked. And after using it, I flushed it after the recommended amount of time and the toilet bowl fully fills back up with water again. But it does drain down after a while to a normal level, so need some urgent help to fix it please! Thank you! Update: Need it done Mon or Tuesday as won’t be paid until then!
