The mixer tap has been firmly attached to the granite worktop for about 10 years but then suddenly became loose and is only in place because of the pipe. A fix is ideal but a replacement that's not stupidly expensive works too

The cold feed from the mixer tap in the kitchen doesn't flow as it should. The other cold taps in the property work fine. The hot feed on the same mixer tap works fine.

A minor shower leak needs investigating and fixing. In addition, the sealant and adhesive around the shower needs removing and replacing. Also, if you can do some minor boxing in as well, that would be great!

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

Water keeps coming constantly from the water tank to the toilet. Also creates noise from pumping water. I need to replace the controller of water level in the tank as well as the flush button

Fixing a door handle on my daughter’s room. Saving a bit of her door off as it won’t close properly- not at the floor level but on the inside of it. Shelves to be put up in a few places Toilet seat fixed on properly Toilet roll holder to be fixed on properly.

The flush has knocked out of place and won’t go back into position in the wall, but it still technically works. Need help putting it back into position.

I’m having an issue with my toilet, the cistern has stopped filling with water entirely, so it won’t flush. I removed the fill valve to check for anything obvious, but I’m not sure what the root cause is, it could be the valve, the water supply, or something else internally. I haven’t attempted any cleaning or replacement yet and would appreciate a professional assessment.

After holiday we just came back and when we flush the toilet there is leaking coming from underneath the toilet. Toilet is only leaking when being flushed.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.
