Looking for a handyman or plumber to repair my kitchen mixer tap. The tap is leaking, and the handle is stuck (internal metal part and screw involved). Task may involve removing the handle and making a basic repair or adjustment. Budget: £50 for labour, plus up to £20 for parts if needed. Requirements: • Experience with kitchen taps and plumbing • Bring your own tools The leaks below the handle I’m pretty sure and I think the handle has to be replaced plus inner part due to there being no screw behind the screw handle to remove it.

Plumber needed. We’re preparing the walls to reinstall two new radiators. Pipes are already in place same distance but need new valves to match white colour of radiators. We’re installing radiators like those in the picture. The wall will be repaired when you come to install. On top of that we want to replace the mixer tap in the bathtub. A minor shower leak needs investigating and fixing. In addition, the sealant and adhesive around the shower needs removing and replacing. Also, if you can do some minor boxing in as well, that would be great!

I need help with our toilet please. When I flush the toilet, it fills with water and drains very slowly. We tried everything, different types of toilet plunger, unblocker liquids nothing works.

The flush has knocked out of place and won’t go back into position in the wall, but it still technically works. Need help putting it back into position.
