Bath decked thermostatic mixer tap and shower only bring out very hot water so not mixing to desired temperature

I’ve got two mixer taps with a slow drip that I’d like sorted properly. Both are single-spout mixers but they’re different types. The kitchen tap is a dual-handle mixer with separate hot and cold handles feeding one spout, likely needing worn washers or ceramic valves replaced. The bathroom tap is a single-lever mixer, likely a worn cartridge. Nothing major, but I’ll leave the diagnosis to you. Looking for someone experienced with tap repairs who can bring the usual tools and common replacement parts. Please let me know your availability and quote. Bath tap is trickling hot water, the cold is fine (it's a mixer tap) and the bathroom sink hot tap is fine, water pressure is also fine. I assume it's localised to the tap, I had a look inside the tap but couldn't access the washer. Proabably a straight forward fix but need some help. Another job is to replace our shower handle; I can't find the make anywhere and keep buying the wrong size! Happy to discuss price etc. No idea at this stage.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

Bathroom tap is dripping - might need new washer or cartridge. Also shower door is leaking so needs a new seal, and if possible out some sealant around skirting underneath once fixed to avoid any more damage. Picture shows the tap that is dripping (right tap)

just moved in and noticed a leaking combination shower and drinking water tap under the sink. looks a bit of a bodge job with isolator valve and specific part to the tap leaking. we've removed the part and attached just the shower tap to the cold input. tried buying the same tee valve off amazon and it just leaked so going back to having just the shower / spray tap attached for now. need someone sort this mess for us!

1 -To remove a glass partition between the bath tub and the washbasin, and keep in garden shed; remove loose and broken tiles, clean as needed and re tile securely. Make good. There are spare tiles of the same size left in garden shed. See photos. 2 - Fix dripping leak between toilet bowl pipe and evacuation pipe. New pipe supplied if required. I am uncertain whether or not the job can be done without moving the toilet out of the way. See photos. Ideally carrying out the work some time next week, starting Monday 27th.

I have a wall-hung toilet with a concealed cistern behind a tiled wall. There is a water leak from behind the wall. I believe the leak is coming from the concealed cistern and/or the connection between the toilet pan and the concealed cistern, but the exact source needs to be investigated. The leak does not appear to be accessible without opening the tiled boxing. I am looking for a quote to: - Investigate and identify the source of the leak. - Repair or replace the faulty concealed cistern or associated pipework/fittings as required. - Remove and reinstate the tiled boxing if necessary to gain access.

Toilet rim block with plastic holder fell into the closet and flushed. The toilet is now clogged. Water rises and goes away very slowly after each flush.

Toilet blocked in the basement, this is a medical practice so would need to be done in working hours but we can be flexible.
