Our Shower Mixer Tap (<6 months old) has developed a small hairline crack (Hot water side) and spraying water constantly. Our plumber who fitted is on holiday and we can't wait. I have a ordered a like for like replacement mixer tap (arriving Monday 24th), which needs to be installed in its place. Flexible anytime from Tuesday 25th August (after tap arrives). That's about it - just a straight swap of broken mixer tap with a new mixer tap. No other issues at present.

Hi, I’ve fitted a new bath/shower mixer tap but it’s leaked. I need someone to come and fit it properly as it’s quite awkward to get to the far tap connector and hard to tighten it enough. This will be a very quick job for someone with the correct tools.

Job Overview: Remove two separate bath taps, install a new deck-mounted bath shower mixer tap (GoodHome Cavally), and mount the shower head bracket. Scope of Work: Remove and later reinstall the bath panel to access plumbing underneath. Turn off / isolate the hot and cold water supply to the bathtub. Disconnect and remove the two existing taps. Fit the new bath shower mixer tap onto the existing 180mm tap holes. Drill and screw-mount the shower head wall bracket into the tiled wall above the bath. Reconnect pipes, restore water flow, test for leaks, and reinstall the bath panel securely. Materials & Requirements: All tap hardware, hose, handset, and wall bracket are provided. Please bring standard plumbing tools, basin wrench, and consumables (PTFE tape, silicone if needed).

I would like the existing mixer tap taken off the sink and the new one fitted please.

I have started it but cannot disconnect the existing flexi hoses from the mains with the two spanners I have. Likely take you 5 mins with right tools and strength!

**Bathroom and Ceiling Water Leak Inspection** My upstairs bathroom appears to be leaking into the kitchen ceiling below. 1) bathroom basin tap has limescale build up (causing splashback). Help remove this and/or supply and replace the tap (roughly the same tap) 2) toilet keeps dripping water after flush - likely needs a new flush valve or filling valve. Supply/install this.

1 -To remove a glass partition between the bath tub and the washbasin, and keep in garden shed; remove loose and broken tiles, clean as needed and re tile securely. Make good. There are spare tiles of the same size left in garden shed. See photos. 2 - Fix dripping leak between toilet bowl pipe and evacuation pipe. New pipe supplied if required. I am uncertain whether or not the job can be done without moving the toilet out of the way. See photos. Ideally carrying out the work some time next week, starting Monday 27th.
