There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. My lodger moved our after living in my flat for nearly 3 years. The kitchen cabinets are destroyed. It appear that the protective clear coat on the kitchen cabinets have been ripped off. There is enough paint for two coats with some leftover. I have attached an image of the wall that needs painting. I have bought everything needed (see images attached) - Paint (2.5L) - Rollers, tray and brushes - Masking tape - Dust sheets/plastic sheeting Please include preparation (masking and protecting the room), application of two coats, and leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards as part of your job. There is also a mirror currently mounted on the wall which will need re-mounting after. The property is a one bedroom flat in London SE8 with parking available.

I need my sons bedroom repainted, currently it has an off white color and changing it to a light grey color all over. It’s not a very big room, size is 11.7 x 9.3

Painting a dark grey bedroom to a white/neutral colour. Might need 2 - 3 coat of paint. Would be good if you could bring your own equipment and I can provide the paint.
