flooring needs sanding down, outside patio wall need to be brushed/sanded down, repainted with outdoor paint, floor to be reoiled. i would expect 2 or 3 days work There is another smaller patio on the other side that could be added potentially.

I have two jobs. The first is painting of a master bathroom. Job should be relatively straight forward, with only the door, window and mirror to work around. The walls are tiled to 4.5ft around the whole room, so only painting up from there. The room itself is approximately 7ft x 10 ft Second job is a small amount of wall papering. This would be in entry vestibule. No odd corners or small spaces as door+window takes up either side, so you'd only be wall papering the small walls on the left and right. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 March 2023

Hi there -- We need one wall in our rental flat painted this week. There were a few adhesive stickers that left paint chips (around 6) that have been covered with interior wall filler -- we just need a fresh coat of paint on top to even out the colour.
