White silicone or caulk may be needed around the edges for a clean finish. Asap needed if not tomorrow then next few days. Paint has been purchased already.

The windows need treating for wood rot and the bathroom ceiling needs re-painting. Please bring tools and materials.

I am looking for an experienced specialist decorator who can work well with lime wash techniques to paint a warehouse conversion with lime wash. It is around 400-450 m² of painting and includes high ceilings, so may need scaffolding or high ladders. Quote needs to include any time spent prepping the walls as well as the painting. The job shouldn’t take more than 10 days or so, may be couple days more or couple days less. Paint will be provided. The doors and the ceilings also need to be painted also.
