Small loft en-suite bathroom, approximately 1m × 4m, needs redecorating. The main work is surface preparation rather than simply applying a fresh coat of paint. There is some peeling/flaking paint and a number of cracks that will need properly preparing and filling before painting. Work required: - Protect flooring, fittings and bathroom surfaces - Scrape/remove loose and peeling paint - Fill and repair cracks and minor surface imperfections - Sand and prepare walls/ceiling as needed - Apply suitable primer/sealer where required - Caulk where necessary - Paint walls/ceiling to a neat professional finish I will supply the final bathroom paint.
