Entire floor of first floor maisonette, walls and ceilings. Roughly 70sqm of floor space, comprising one bedroom, large open plan living room, hall and kitchen (some vaulted ceiling with velux) , plus 2 stairwell and small entrance area. Prep, mist coat and 1st coat. You must be experienced with reviews on the skill, Ladders and wheeled platform on site. Windows have no architrave to deal with, and no internal doors fitted yet. Some hairline settlement cracks post extensive renovation / rebuild, but minor. After this, there's loft floor to do and architraves and skirts after fitting in the near future. I have peeling kitchen cabinet doors. Which I need fixed.

I need someone to paint my (currently grey) microcement floor with grey floor paint, which I’ll supply (10L). It’s been down around 6 years and it’s showing its age a bit. -The larger furniture (mainly the sofa and dining table) will need to be moved out on to the patio and covered with tarp. -The kitchen island will need taping off/protecting, as will the skirting boards. -The floor will need a light sand and clean. -The first coat of Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint in Light Grey will need to be applied. -Then there’ll be a drying time of 4 hours before the second coat will need to be applied, so the job may need to be done over two days. The area is approximately 40m2 and I’d like it done before winter sets in. I’m looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work.
