Hi, there was a seepage on the roof of our bathroom due to above floor. Now its dried and we just need to fill and paint it. Separately, due to mould, we need to replace the sealant in bath tub.

I have had my kitchen and bathroom renovated and now need them painted including walls & ceilings, no skirting. We painted the kitchen but left the paint too long so it has peeled off at the edges so this needs correcting. The bathroom has not been painted post renovation and there is a small area of new plaster which will need a mist coat. As you will see there is actually very little to paint in the bathroom. Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I am re doing my home but starting with the small room. I’m starting with the single bedroom, there is 1 wall which is the window wall that has mould over it, I want the mould removed and cleaned sand & fill all 3 walls that need it, repainted with a fresh coat of paint that I will provide.
