There is some mold growth around the window area of my (tenanted) flat and I would like to remove it and redecorate the area. Ideally I would like someone to scrape off a good amount of the old paint ( was probably painted over old mold in the past) treat the area with an anti mold solution and then repaint. We had a small stain on ceiling, the cause of which has been fully repaired. I tried to paint over the stain, but didn't do a very good job (see photo attached).
