Re-threading the internal lift cords and ladder tapes through the new rail. Securing the bottom cord locks/buttons to restore proper tension so the blinds hang straight and function normally. The old set of wooden Venetian blinds needs to be taken down and removed (off premises by you) and a new set of similar blinds installed (which we have). They are 2cms wider than the original blinds so the old fixings need to come off and the new braces reset slightly further apart.
